APPLE HASH
* 2 eggs beaten
* 2 slices of bacon, cut into small strips
* 1 apple, peeled and chopped
* 5 walnut leaves
* 1 tbs grass fed butter
* 1/2 tsp of cinnamon (or more as preferred)
INSTRUCTIONS
1. In a large skillet, scramble the eggs in the butter and remove.
2. Add bacon to the skillet and cook until just about done. Add the apple pieces and cook with bacon until the apple is slightly soft.
3. Crush the walnut and add to the bacon and apple.
4. Return the eggs to the skillet and stir all the ingredients together. Add the cinnamon to the mixture and stir a few times.
