I must admit that I rarely drink water. It's bad I know! And I know for a fact that drinking plenty of water each day is very essential life support for our health. We can go without food for days, week and even for a month, but going without water for just one day will certainly affect our health. Because our human body is compose of almost 2/3 (66%) water and when we lose just a bit of water through sweat, crying, etc, and we do not refill lost liquid from our body, we will start to notice the upshot to our health right away. So water is very important to our over all health.
But if you are bored with just plain water or rarely drink water like me, especially that summer is in the air that we need to get hydrated. There is alternative way now which is water infusing not just only to keep us hydrated but as well as to keep us healthy, in shape just by simply flushing out all the bad stuff you don't want in your body.
Recently, I have been researching different kinds of recipe in fruit and vegetable infused water to try. Seriously, there's a lot! ... a lot of buzz going around over it. Thankfully, I was able to find different recipes which definitely be posted here, so watch out!
For the time being, let me share to you my very first recipe which is Apple and Cinnamon. I have red that these two boost your metabolism naturally and good drink to help you detoxify. Though there's no scientific studies have shown about this, but still, it's excellent and beneficial for anyone who is used in downing lots of sugar or artificially-flavored drinks.
INGREDIENTS
* 1 apple thinly sliced
* 1 cinnamon stick
DIRECTIONS :
* Drop apple slices in a pitcher of water together with the cinnamon stick.
* Cover with ice about 1/2 way through then with water.
* Place in the fridge for about an hour before serving.
Note :
* It last for 24 hours in the fridge and you can re-fill water 3-4 times before replacing apples and cinnamon.
If you want to achieve the weight you wanted and stay healthy, try this! I think you guys will enjoy it as much as I did. :)
Here's to an easy and tasteful energy drink to stay healthy and in-shape! Cheers !
