My First City of Angels Adventure

I have heard from many people who had been  travel the world that Los Angeles is one of the best  and great city in the world. They say that the city are mix of creativity, scenery, culture, opportunity and of course home of Hollywood celebrities.

Certainly true! LA is a beautiful and amazing city (don't mind the nightmare traffic). I had spent two weeks and surely it was a awesome experience. Let me take through my well spent vacation in the City of Angels.

Here are my So-Cal Corner.

Mediterranean Palm Trees
When you are driving around the city especially Sunset Boulevard, Rodeo Drive and Beverly Hills, you will see these palm-tree lined on the streets. It was planted way back when city was being developed to have a Mediterranean look/image.

Hollywood Boulevard
This is one of the most visited place in Los Angeles. It's a must see destination of all tourists. This bustling place is cultural icon. A  home for museums, theatres, landmarks and other tourist attractions.

Capitol Records
This Iconic Architectural love building was built 1955. World's first circular thirteen-storey building.

Dolby Theatre
Where the Oscars takes place, red carpet and all. Definitely worth stopping for.

Hollywood Walk of Fame
I am pretty sure that this will be one of your bucket list when you visit LA. It's a bit busy  but you will gonna enjoy and love wandering on this area. Make sure you are quite fast to take a snap of your favourite stars's name in bronze star- plaque because of a lot of crowds walking through.

Madame Tussad
Super FUN!
This wax museum of famous celebrities and personalities are fabulously and perfectly done. Everything in detailed from face, body, hands, life like hair and clothes, absolutely amazing. It's quite creepy though. Make sure that you have your camera with you to strike a pose with your favourite stars. Promise that it's one-of-a-kind experience.

TCL Chinese Theatre
One of the most iconic cinemas in the world and main touristy spot in Hollywood Boulevard.  This   landmark has distinct feature which is the Forecourt of the Stars. You can see hand prints, foot prints   and some autographs of some of the biggest starts from the past and present. You can literally match   your hand print to Robert De Niro or you may compare your foot prints to John Wayne.

Disneyland
They say it's the happiest place on earth so definitely I wouldn't miss it for the world! The magical experience I had is for the book. It feels like I am just 7 year old girl wandering at the park and enjoying every rides. Disneyland is truly of all ages.

My first LA trip was extra especial because I had a chance to visit my Mom after 14 years. It was an answered prayer and I am truly grateful to  God for making this trip possible.

It was a short visit that there are some places that I missed. Still have other places that I would like to see and things that I would like to do.And for that, I have reasons to head back to Lalaland another time.

Opps by the way, my LA trip wont be enough without trying the In-n-Out Burger. Absolutely and impressively GOOD!
