Six months from now, I will be celebrating my 4th year anniversary sa Artelier. I started working June 1st 2008. At first, I am having a hard time communicating with my colleagues (the local ones) dahil they are into Sing-lish. They follow kasi the British English whereas Filipinos we are into American English. As days and months goes on, I am able to cope up and adapt myself on their culture, the way they speak (I can speak now sing-lish), the fast pace working system, how to walk fast, how to chase bus and mrt. But one thing I wasn't able to learn is to eat spicy food! I really can't take it..Seriously!!!
Anyway, our lives is not work after all.. we still manage to find time to socialize with one another. Eating, drinkin', karaoke and chit chat are nice way of relaxation after work. in this way, it helps us one another to get to know each other and build team spirit. We released the pressure from hardwork for awhile and had a really wonderful time. Good food, great drinks and happy thoughts completed each of our nights in different occasions.
