Shedding pound was not really my goal for a longest time.I am contented with my weight and I think my body built is quite good to my belief. I am pretty much blessed that no matter how much I ate, I'm still on my ideal weight.
Not until one day, I noticed that some of my jeans/pants couldn't fit anymore. I immediately weighed myself and checked my stats. I was so horrified when I found out that from normal 50kg I turned 55kg and from size 6 to size 10. Maybe I'm just over reacting and it's not alarming yet to other people but seriously, I felt so depressed and promptly check on which and what kind of foods should I eat and avoid.
At my age now ( I am turning 39 this year) it will be harder for me to lose weight and I don't wanna end up in diet starvation. While surfing the net, I bumped to a site which provide a proper diet. It's Paleo or Paleolithic Diet that says it's a diet to increase our energy, the ability to burn fat, and gets you in touch with your natural instincts. It's not just a way to lose weight, it's also a healthy approach to making you body indestructable. The general idea of this diet is to get rid of anything artificial from your system.
